Pro bono scheme

In keeping with our status as a Community Interest Company, we are allocating 10% of any surplus we make each year towards a Pro bono scheme.

As well as offering discounted fees for our services to charities, local voluntary groups and social enterprises, we will make available the use of our tools and equipment to eligible groups, either at discounted hire rates or free of charge.

Services which we will offer on a pro bono basis include:

  • Practical conservation work
  • Environmentally friendly landscape work
  • Be a Ranger half day experiences
  • Talks and presentations
  • Guided walks

How to apply for Pro bono Services or tool and equipment loan

Before applying please check your eligibility by clicking on our Pro Bono policy. If you think you are eligible, please complete the appropriate Pro bono application form below.  If you are applying for a tool loan please read and comply with the terms and conditions set out in the document below.

Applications from the community for our pro bono services and tool hire can be made at any time.  Completed applications will then be considered by the Chiltern Rangers Board.
