Annual salary: £24,900 (plus discretionary bonus)

Job description: Community Ranger

Are you:

Really passionate about improving spaces for wildlife and equally as passionate about spreading that message to the local community; getting as many people involved as possible?

An inspiring communicator who has experience in organising & delivering fun, engaging, and impactful volunteer conservation events?

Not put off by 4 seasons in a day weather?

Great with people – we are looking for a person who is confident and empathetic working with volunteers of all ages & abilities from all parts of our community.

Experienced and accomplished in practical, physical conservation-based work and have good knowledge of Chilterns’ habitats and wildlife?

Ready to start!

You will have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude to your work and, with the wider Chiltern Rangers team, ensure that the projects you are involved in are delivered to a high standard.
