An exceptional individual is required to help Chiltern Rangers deliver its mission to enhance the Chiltern’s habitats through conservation, education and community engagement.
Join the board and help lead us through the next phase of our journey at a time when the environment and our communities need us more than ever before.
Crucially, you will share our passion and motivation for local green places, the biodiversity they support and the communities who live there too.
With a proven track record, you will lead and support the small board, the leadership team and become part of this multi-award winning social enterprise.
Experience of social enterprise is a bonus but commercial acumen, proven leadership and strategic thinking are essential.
The position is subject to a 6 month probation period to ensure the fit is right for both parties.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and a comprehensive screening process will be undertaken on successful applicants including a Disclosure & Barring Service check (DBS) including checks with past employers (Applicant Declaration must be completed and returned with application)
