Thames Water River Project Update March 2021

Over the winter we enhanced a stretch of the river at Wyedene installing 6 deflectors, 4 tree sweepers and 11 berms.

The river is already looking better, a large amount of silt has been removed revealing the gravel below which will benefit the invertebrates and provide food and egg laying areas for fish.  Thanks to Thames Water for the funding to make this happen.  See photos below of our work.
