River Wye Restoration Panels

River Wye Interpretation Panels

On Thursday 25 May 2023 we spent a lovely sunny morning at Kingsmead Recreation Park to launch our new interpretation panels that are now situated along the length of the river Wye.

We have worked with a large number of organisations and volunteers to research and create 9 panels which detail the River Wye’s habitat, heritage, history and wildlife, from West Wycombe Park right through to Bourne End where this rare chalk stream joins the Thames.

All of the panels can be seen below by clicking on the images but nothing beats a walk along this rare and beautiful chalk stream to see them for yourself.  We hope you enjoy them!  Click here for a downloadable leaflet to take with you on your walk.
